Return & Refund
We accept returns on all products. The customer has the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return validation and make sure to follow the return instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached just in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When you do returns we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in transit. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note:Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.If you receive a damaged/defective item, please send email to GMT customer service email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
