Right of Cancellation

A. Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours after an order is placed.

If you have to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately at support@gmtbags.com. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.

B. Once we shipped the product, we can’t cancel the order. If you still want to refund, please return new, unopened items to us within 7 calendar days of the delivery when you receive them.

Return Policy

At GMT for kids, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible.

Within 30 Days - You must request a return within 30 days of the product being shipped to you. Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return label.

Includes original packaging and product in new condition - Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packagings, and in like-new condition. GMT for kids may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging. 

When you do returns we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in transit. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.

We only allow returns after we received a cancellation email from support@gmtbags.com. When everything is confirmed, customers can return to our warehouse logistics partners.

We offer full refund or exchange for any order received in defective or damaged condition, or missing items, within 30 days from date of purchase. In the event you are missing an item from your order, please contact support@gmtbags.com within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
