Information on Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission will deploy during the first quarter 2016 an internet platform for online settlement of disputes (so-called „ODR platform“). The ODR platform should work as a focal point for the extrajudicial settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising or serving from online sales contracts.
